Thanks for supporting our small shop! Every mug is made to order with real care, so here's exactly what to expect.

Processing time Because each mug is hand-finished, please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships.

Shipping time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost Free shipping on all orders within the United States — no surprise fees at checkout.

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States and other countries shown.

Tracking your order A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships. If it hasn't updated within a few days, hang tight — it can take a moment for the carrier to scan it in.

Delays Occasionally things outside our control (carrier backups, holidays, weather) can slow delivery. We appreciate your patience — and if anything looks off, just reach out.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover orders sent to an incorrect address, so accuracy helps us get your tribute to you the first time.
